I think it just means were smarter than the rest of the country and already know where all the bars are.
The bars are necessary to combat the seasonal depression that accompanies the bleakest goddamn winters west of Moscow. Incidentally, no one who eats lutifisk can claim to be smarter than anyone.
Can you post side by side maps of the us and it's marijuana use? that should level the field.
As someone who hails from Cheeseland I know that many small towns are set up bar, church, bar, bar , church, and maybe a Piggly Wiggly. But I too would like to see the weed graphic.
