We found out a funny little wrinkle related to that Crank Yankers-inspired Zappos spot created by Mullen that we posted the other day. Zappos claimed the spots were based on real customer service calls to the company. Well, they were. Sort of. Mullen actually prank called Zappos' to get the perfect recordings. Here's the making of.
