This is ad is apparently selling mansions from a construction company/builder. The line they are singing is "mune fukuramu," which directly translates to "expanding heart/chest." Must be a Japanese expression of "excitement."
Not sure why the squirrel has huge testicles, or why the little girl is so surprised by this, but it makes for an entertaining ad.
