Elm Grove Police Put New Spin On Speeding

We’ve all seen those speed monitoring signs on the side of the road, and we usually slow down (it’s a psychological speed bump). Elm Grove Police took these old signs and gave them some bite, adding money and injury stats into the mix. They’re obviously not real stats, but the message is clear. See the whole campaign here.
