Hello Kitty Crop Circle

Sanrio, the creators of Hello Kitty, recently commissioned international design collective Surface to Air, New York to do a piece of artwork celebrating Hello Kitty’s 30th birthday for an exhibition at the Mori Museum in Tokyo.

A crop circle was created on a farm outside Stonehenge, with the planning of this half-a-football-field by half-a-football-field artwork taking one month.

The piece could only be viewed from the air where they even ran tours from Japan for people to go see it.
