World-Changing Imagery

The Daily Planet has a really nice photo essay on Images That Change the World. Definitely worth checking out. The title is a bit lofty in some cases, the image below, for instance, is of Japanese Socialist Party leader Inejiro Asanuma seconds before he is assassinated with a sword back in 1960. The video-still did little more than cause a stir in the political scene.
