Friends of Mine and Made Movement Help The Climate Reality Project Announce Their 3rd Annual 24hrs of Reality Event
On Monday, at the Mashable Social Good Summit, Climate Reality Project announced the third year of their multimedia event 24hrs of Reality which will take place on October 22-23. This year, their intent is to begin to do the essential work of calculating the incalculable cost of carbon pollution. Over the broadcast, we'll hear from experts, musicians, advocates and everyday people from 6 continents on how carbon pollution is affecting them and how the Earth is paying the price.
The price of carbon is being paid in more than just dollars. Yes, the economic price is astronomical. But the price of carbon is also bigger and deeper than just numbers — it is being paid in lives and lifestyles, jobs and well being. Join us as we travel around the world, identifying the cost of carbon pollution, and the solution that can change the course of our future.
