It’s fairly mind blowing. Eighty-percent of all household purchases are determined by women, while only three-percent of our nation’s advertising creative directors are women. The 3% Conference, an abbreviated version of which was held in Boulder last week, seeks to shine the light on this issue and formulate ways agencies can help create more Donna Drapers.
