The Creative Pod of the New Denver Ad Club is meeting this Thursday. Everyone should please consider showing up because Matt could use some help and some brain power put against securing a venue for The Denver 50 show.

As taken from Paul Isakson’s blog, local shop Fwis has made an appearance in the latest issue of WIRED with their Readymech project. Readymechs are free, flatpack toys which you can print out on your inkjet and build. Congrats guys, an appearance in WIRED provides ample bragging rights to be sure.

Industrial/furniture designer and fine artist, Jason Miller, dismisses the usual understanding of perfection and beauty, and instead pursues concepts which speak of personality and ingrained history.

Take a gander at his body of work and tell us if you don’t find yourself smacking your head against the desk over the simple brilliance of his ideas. (We especially like his Shipping Container Tiles.) As seen in Dwell Magazine.

If you’ve wandered around downtown over the last several months, you’ve probably seen these meters cemented into sidewalks at random locations. We sincerely applaud the thinking behind this campaign (especially if there was some type of government entity involved in its approval). Thanks to Paul Isakson for the shots.

Yeah, this was a really good idea.

It’s a beautiful new concept in homebuilding. And it’s only from KB Home. We’ve partnered with leading lifestyle expert Martha Stewart to create high-quality homes inspired by her very own homes in New York, Connecticut and Maine.

Our Martha Stewart communities feature premier locations and wonderful amenities. Inside and out, you’ll find unique Martha touches like wainscoting, picture-frame molding, open shelving, landscaping packages designed by Martha’s personal gardener, and so much more.

Pretty sick Flickr set of Denver graffiti. Where are these alleys, anyway? Might be worth a visit to see them firsthand.
