New Denver Studio 'Peril' Brings a Brooklyn Edge to the Mellow Vibe of the Wild West

We've previously covered (and admired) the work of designer/illustrator Jamie Givens — who long lived in Brooklyn. He's officially picked up and sunk his roots in Denver, starting up a studio, called PERIL, in LoDo. He tells us he's excited to start working with Denver's creative community — so give him a nice hello. His new site, studioperil.com, is filled with what he's been up to lately, including illustration, design and pre-production art. Tasty.

Peril started life in a turn-of-the-century-warehouse-turned-art-studio building under the F train trellis in Gowanus, Brooklyn. In January 2013. we left NYC and set up shop in the great city of Denver. We now bring a Brooklyn edge to the mellow vibe of the Wild West. The best of both worlds.

Led by designer Jamie Givens, we produce cutting edge art and design for a range of clients in TV, motion production, print, and web design. We are dedicated to quality work and thrive on meaningful collaboration with our clients and other creatives. If your project is in need of unique and exciting illustration, design or problem solving, get in touch and let’s start a conversation.

Awesome work man. Get at me! Welcome to Denver!

Been a long time admirer of Jamie's work and he is way to modest in this posting. This guy is also a sick creative, designer and storyboard artist and an all around great person. Should be your go to for the next project...

The Cranks and Dust – Art Print is great and different representation of the outdoor lifestyle!
