Ogilvy Chicago launched this campaign on behalf of Englewood, Colorado-based Arrow Electronics — which aired April 6 and ran again last night during the NCAA tournament finale. This is the first-ever campaign for the Fortune-ranked company, directed by Joe Pytka.

I have no idea what they are referring with 'Are you 5 years out?'. Being '5 years out' is typically associated with being cured of cancer.

Should we start whining about how this work was done out of state, or is that reserved for tourism only?

I'm afraid the tagline is lost on me as well.
