Creative Workspaces for Rent in Denver

/ Comments (0)

A few people have hit us up recently about space they're looking to rent out to like-minded industry types. Here are a couple we think you might dig. Have a space to rent? Take a pic and send it to us along with a description and we'll add it to this post: the@denveregotist.com.

^ Killer work space for web creatives, graphic designers, writers. Office in a loft setting — 3rd Floor Schleier Mansion 17th and Grant Uptown. Spacious offices, conference room, great light, views of Metro Denver, the mountains. Slightly funky. Individual offices from $650 monthly. Use of a great conference room. Contact Dan Arensmeier at daniel@thinkbat.com.

^ Our firm is growing and we bought the space next door to expand. But we don't need all of the space. It has room for 1-10 people, wireless, bathroom, kitchen and free parking. The space is located at 2nd and Kalamath in Denver just south of Downtown in the Sante Fe Arts District. Great for start-ups, individual designers/web/writer/etc... anyone associated with the industry. All utilities are included. Please call Randall at 303.394.2366.

^ The Desk has workspaces for rent by the hour, day or month depending on you like to work. Choose from sandbox seating (communal tables), individual desks to a private office and ten-person teched-out conference room. Each workspace has dedicated power supplies, ergonomic task chairs and design details that add to the comfort and productivity found at The Desk. Or if you like to work in coffee shops, The Desk is part coworking space, part cafe featuring ink! Coffee and locally-sourced grab and go eats. Right now, we have $5 Fridays where you can rent a sandbox seat for the entire day for just five bucks. Come by and get some work done.
