Blake Ebel Stays in Denver and Opens the Doors to Goodness Works

This summer, Blake Ebel opened a new advertising agency called Goodness Works. The agency is committed to doing the right thing for clients, employees and the community. Digitally focused, traditionally trained, Goodness Works is a creative boutique that focuses on brand story-telling through any channel that produces results for their clients. “We’re an integrated group of problem solvers who believe that goodness does work. We’re delivering through strategic, creative and digital goodness. There’s a hunger for an agency that treats brands and people with the respect they deserve. We’d like to be that agency,” says Ebel.

“A portion of our profits will also be donated to charitable organizations. It’s not for any other reason other than it’s what we should be doing as a creative community,” Ebel states. “I’ve witnessed what greed can do to an agency culture. It changes the way you approach business, relationships and especially employees. We’re moving in the opposite direction.“

Ebel, most recently the CCO at Factory Design Labs and Co-CCO at Euro RSCG Chicago, has helped build some of the world’s greatest brands over the past 22 years. His resume includes: The North Face, Audi, Callaway, Oakley, Bud Light, Orbitz.com, Jim Beam, Barilla, Kraft and many others.
