Fun, New Monty Python-Flavored Spots for History Colorado Center from Barnhart
The spirit of Monty Python is alive and well in two new likable spots just released by Denver's Barnhart for the History Colorado Center — Colorado's newest cultural attraction opening Saturday 4/28. Spot #1 features Norwegian ski champion Carl Howelsen, of famed Howelsen Hill, who taught Steamboat’s children to fly. Spot #2 stars Dr. Justina Ford, known as “Denver’s Baby Doctor." After the Colorado medical community prohibited her from practicing in local hospitals, she opened a clinic in her northeast Denver home, treating patients regardless of race, ethnic origin or gender. She estimated late in life that she dad delivered more than 7,000 babies.
