Frank Chimero is a graphic designer and illustrator. He makes pictures about words and words about pictures.

"My fascination with the creative process, curiosity, and visual experience informs all of my work in some way. Each piece is the part of an exploration in finding wit, surprise, and joy in the world around us. My work process involves play, elevating the everyday to a special status, and an enthusiasm for nonsense. I'm currently writing a book about these things called The Shape of Design."
