Don Giovanni for Fort Worth Opera

In this broadcast spot created to support the spring festival at the Fort Worth Opera, Relish Studio, Denver had fun with a traditionally stuffy subject in order to bring a younger audience to the event. Relish took a painting of Don G., commissioned by the Fort Worth Opera, and created a piece that comes to life with an old-school gag (with a hap tip to Coco for the inspiration). The animation was created using Cinema 4D and After Effects in HD.

top-notch from relish. always dig their work.

Have worked with Relish in the past and with this client. Great guys and great work every time. They get it... This spot is super funny and captures the irreverent spirit of Fort Worth Opera perfectly.

Dig these guys quite a bit. Nice work, Relish.

Nice to see some Denver folks representing for a cultural institution in my hometown. Normally I'd be all about keeping it local, but the creative scene in FTW is kind of hurtin'. Too bad since there are three world class museums and other things like the Opera that make the cultural scene down there something that most big cities would give a leg for.
