Runs the graphic design studio called MATTER primarily concerned with typography and language. (AKA Messaging) Neither thinking nor design is device dependent therefore we have embraced all technologies including web and motion graphics, current and early 20th century printing and production techniques, with wood type and lead type. Rick is a design educator, printer, designer, writer and public speaker with two kids and a wife. He splits his time between husbanding, parenting, cooking and other related design activities.
