Megan is an award-winning writer, media relations expert and adjunct professor of journalism and public relations at the Metropolitan State College of Denver. She leverages her 12 years of journalism experience to craft compelling copy in various formats, from press releases and white papers to Web sites, blogs and social media. As a generalist who has covered a wide array of topics and industries, she’s adept at mastering new concepts and articulating them clearly. Megan's features have appeared in magazines such as Glamour, Details, and 5280: The Denver Magazine, and in newspapers including the Miami Herald, the San Francisco Chronicle and the Dallas Observer. Megan holds a Master’s in Journalism from Columbia University in New York. She’s also bilingual, having started her career as a Central America-based freelance correspondent.
