I just graduated from Iowa State University with a major in Advertising and a designated area of concentration in consumer behavior. I love all aspects of advertising but am particularly interested in sales and account management. I have experience in many different areas because of the job I held through college at the Iowa State Daily and the internship I did at Denver Advertising. At the Iowa State Daily I was an Advertising Account Executive, working with retail accounts in Ames and the surrounding area. Through the Daily, I have had the chance to learn what it is like to meet deadlines, maintain close relationships with a variety of clients, create ad campaigns, meet a monthly quota and also take part in building award winning publications. At Denver Advertising I had the opportunity to work on production schedules, learn how to build websites via WordPress, improve my Photoshop and InDesign skills, improve my account management skills, lean how search engine optimization works and develop creative campaigns using a variety of mediums.
