JENNIFER DARGA With over a thirteen years of diverse experience in both sports and corporate marketing, Darga has established a reputation for going beyond the basics to achieve excellence in results for her clients. In her role as Consultant, Jennifer devotes a majority of her time to brand strategy, sponsorships, event and partnership management. Darga founded Darga Group LLC in November of 2006, attracting accounts from such corporations as Converse, Nike, Allstate, OmPass and GameStop. Through her LLC, Darga served as an assistant producer for the launch of the Spider-Man 3 video game, oversaw the development and activation of the Nike Ball or Fall 3on3 Basketball Tournament, developed a company strategy and business objectives for OmPass and managed College Football and Racing national sponsorship platforms for Allstate Insurance. Beginning her career in marketing and sponsorship while a student at Michigan State University, working as a promotions manager in the athletic department. After earning a bachelor's degree in physical education and exercise science, and a master's degree in athletic administration from Michigan State, Darga accepted a position as a sponsorship service representative with the Lansing Lugnuts minor league baseball franchise. Darga then spent more than four years as the Chevrolet Supervisor with the General Motors Sponsorship and Promotions Agency, drawing on her prior experience in sports to evaluate, negotiate and develop sponsorship and marketing opportunities for Chevrolet involving the NBA, NFL, MLB, Sports Shows and the 2002 Olympic Games. Darga also has worked with both Velocity Sports and Entertainment, and Paragon Marketing Group LLC helping constituents and clients cultivate relationships and partnerships within a diverse group of sports and entertainment properties. Serving as a board member of Women in Sports and Events, Sports Divas, she also devotes time to numerous Sports Marketing Networks.
