Hi, I’m Dawna. I am seeking an entry level position as a junior designer. I am looking for a position where I have the opportunity to apply my knowledge, develop new skills, and contribute to the success of marketing efforts. I am currently employed as graphic designer and am a recent graduate of Metro State College of Denver, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, emphasis in Communication Design. I chose to pursue a Communication Design degree to achieve my goal to create exciting work that delivers a memorable visual message. I am proficient with Adobe Creative Suite products and have experience developing design pieces for marketing flyers, signage, and lobby displays. I have also developed branding and packaging projects. In my current position, I have created marketing flyers and updated catalog design, copy, and graphic elements for the catalog. I was part of a team to develop updated design standards and am currently applying these new standards to all of our core marketing materials. I have also participated in the development of wire frames and design efforts for a new website for our company.
