Graphic Design Intern
We are looking for a graphic design intern desiring to get their feet wet in the publishing business. This is a great opportunity for a fledgling designer who is ambitious and eager to learn. The intern will assist with print and web advertising, website maintenance, editorial illustrations (though that is not required), and will have opportunities to learn about editorial design and photo shoots.

This is an unpaid internship, however, we offer perks such as spiff to local restaurants and spas. There is potential for a part-time position in the future for the right candidate. Ideally, the intern will work 2 days a week, however, hours and days can be very flexible.

Skills and Expectations:
Skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
Some familiarity with industry standard file formats and printing standards
Skills in concept development, layout, and typography
Strong organization, time management and excessive attention to detail
Work with designers and account representatives to create high quality ads
Help with in-house marketing projects
Provide support to design team as needed
Mac platform
