Xylem Digital is looking for contract to full-time Developers. In all honesty, we'd like someone who is a total badass. You live, eat and breathe css, javascript, HTML5, .Net, and maybe some PHP. You're not afraid of learning and you relish the opportunity to build something new every day. You love your computer more than your mom and you get bored working on the same thing day in and day out.

We're mainly interested in the .Net field, but have plenty of PHP development to go around.

Requirements:
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems
• 0-2 years of web application development
• Experience with the majority of the following required: C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and SQL
• Experience with OOP programing principles
• Experience with IIS and common server setup
• Excellent communication skills required
• Self-starter, can be trusted to ask questions and be proactive in solving assigned problems
• Trainable and quick learner required

Pluses:
• Having attention to detail a major plus
• Experience with SiteFinity a plus
• Experience with PHP a major plus
• Experience with Cold Fusion a minor (very minor actually) plus
• Experience with Content Management Systems a major plus
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash a plus
• Experience with Creative Agencies a major plus
