Marketing Director - Consumer Direct

W.J. Bradley is seeking a Marketing Director – Consumer Direct to work from our Denver, CO offices. The incumbent will report to the Vice President of Marketing and will work specifically on behalf of the Consumer Direct business, leading online outreach strategies and leads generation marketing to support business growth in this channel. This individual will interact with various Consumer Direct stakeholders and sales staff, as well as with the Corporate Marketing team to ensure initiatives that support channel growth align with the greater brand strategy. This Director will be expected to leverage market research and analysis to design the most effective campaigns to reach relevant target audiences through tactics including email, direct mail, and digital marketing and effectively generate and nurture leads, as well as track efforts to optimize lead sourcing, in constant pursuit of new mortgage business.

Duties will include:
•Lead development of marketing strategy and campaign creation to support the Consumer Direct business
•Establish and manage relationships with Consumer Direct stakeholders to maintain consistent awareness of channel-specific activities and understand the most relevant products to promote among external audiences
•Maintain direct communication with Corporate Marketing Team to manage efforts within the framework of greater brand strategy and to create consistency in product positioning
•Work with greater Marketing department to evaluate, challenge and adjust strategic marketing plans and resources in an effort to position the Consumer Direct business ahead of industry competition
•Lead and administer online presence to reach channel customers
•Oversee regular promotion of products, programs and services through a variety of marketing methods
•Develop and distribute A/B campaigns and evaluate effectiveness, modifying message and/or dissemination strategy, appropriately
•Measure and evaluate effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and lead reporting and results tracking efforts

•Experience working amongst a larger marketing team
•Recent experience in the Consumer Direct and internet marketing space and expertise in working on behalf of a direct lender
•Understanding of how to develop effective marketing strategy based on sales goals and business objectives
•Excellent strategic, analytic, written communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and proactively communicate progress on each while maintaining strong sense of urgency
•Superior planning, organization and critical thinking skills
•Strong writing and editing skills
•Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business administration or related field
•At least 2 years experience in mortgage banking marketing
•Minimum 3-5 years experience in a marketing, strategic communications, branding or related role; in-house and agency experience will be considered
