W.J. Bradley is currently seeking a Product Marketing/Merchandising Manager to work from our Centennial, CO corporate office. The incumbent will report to the VP of Marketing and will be responsible for leading marketing and communications efforts, specific to promoting mortgage products and programs. This individual will be expected to have expertise in developing, executing and measuring effectiveness of product marketing strategies with experience in the mortgage or related industry. Working closely with the Director of Product Development, this individual will maintain an active understanding of existing Company loan products as well as those in development and maintain awareness of future product rollout needs and priorities. The individual in this role will be expected to gain an understanding of the psychologies and behaviors of the Company’s sales force in each of its owned geographic markets, and with that knowledge, will be responsible for supporting product launches and enhancements by way of internal communications, in addition to campaign development of marketing strategies, specific to regions where W.J. Bradley maintains an active presence. This Manager will work with the larger Corporate Marketing team to integrate regionalized product marketing campaigns into broader marketing and branding strategies and brand, in an effort to convey the Company’s competitiveness in product mix and pricing to all appropriate audiences and further fuel lead generation in all markets.

Duties include:
•Leverage knowledge of known borrowers' purchasing behaviors and targets to develop strategies to support success of new product volume
•Create, manage and execute targeted marketing campaigns to support specific product launches in each and all W.J. Bradley geographic markets
•Manage relationships with Pricing & Margin Management, Product Development, Business Operations and Strategy Departments to maintain active understanding of new market opportunities and underserved market areas
•Maintain a working understanding of mortgage loan origination process
•Manage A/B campaign testing to determine success of regionalized versus company-wide product Merchandising and/or loan product price test campaigns
•Developing metrics of measurement as well as metrics of ‘success’ in the execution of each campaign
•Reporting campaign metrics to relevant Department and/or individuals, as well as consistently recommending approach to increasing success of campaigns
•Maintain in constant communication with Product Development, Business Operations and Sales Management to preempt the need for added or revised material to support product rollouts and to extend the life of successful Merchandising efforts, as measured by loan originations
•Generation of compelling content, specific to loan products and programs for use in internal communications, promotion to sales force and externally-facing marketing/advertising materials
•Creation and introduction of talking points to sales force to enable loan originations, in an effort to most effectively promote new and/or updated products
•Close collaboration with Strategy and Sales Management Departments to maintain intimate knowledge of the competitive landscape in each of the Company’s markets to tailor marketing and communication messages to all relevant audiences
•Representation of product development initiatives to broader Marketing Department to integrate into broader brand marketing strategies, proposing ideas across all competencies, including but not limited to public and media relations, digital marketing, grassroots and promotional efforts, tradeshow events and industry conferences

•Experience in residential mortgage loan industry
•Expertise in product marketing and communications, specific to mortgage or related industry
•Excellent strategic, critical analysis, problem solving, written communication and interpersonal skills
•Proven success in increasing sales through marketing campaigns and integrated communications strategies
•Ability to comprehend market research, data analytics, and competitive intelligence, related to product development and launch plans
•Extremely strong writing and editing skills
•Experience in working with and managing others
•Strong problem resolution skills and ability to manage projects that include cross-departmental dependencies
•Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and proactively communicate progress on each
•Superior planning and organization skills
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in advertising, marketing, communications, public relations or related field
•Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in product Merchandising, marketing, advertising, or branding role specific to the mortgage industry
