Winter Group is a results-focused marketing, communications, and research agency, with special concentrations in the education, library, and publishing markets.

We are seeking to hire a graphic designer to work on print and web projects ranging from ads, catalogs, identity and collateral to websites, e-mails, e-banners and evironmental. Those interested should have an eye for detail, work well under tight deadlines, and have an optimistic attitude.

Qualifications:
•BA/BFA in Graphic Design or Marketing/Advertising
•2-3 years agency experience
•Ability to juggle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
•Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
•Highly-motivated, self-starter who can handle large tasks independently
•Strong skills in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
•Web skills/Flash experience a plus
