Warehouse Twenty One, a fast-paced, growing marketing firm in Cheyenne is looking to add a top shelf Strategic Account Director. The ideal candidate will have a great deal of agency and brand marketing experience and must perform well at an executive level with clients. The position requires strategic copy skills and a profound ability to develop innovative marketing solutions in various industries and must have the ability to excel in both creative and business development work environments. We are looking for a genuine person that is interested in representing our client’s needs, with crazy good
customer service and a motivation to do something special in life, not just work 9-5. Will be responsible for doing client needs assessments, writing proposals, writing content, strategic direction, managing client relations and expectations, budget management, pitching creative and sales, daily communications with team and clients, and independent management of a portfolio of work potentially exceeding $1,000,000.

Warehouse Twenty One Strategic Account Directors contribute to and develop
marketing campaigns for key clients. Tasks include:
● Tracking the satisfaction of clients, paying strict attention to the success of
campaigns and client generated feedback
● Looking out for new project opportunities with current clients
● Serving as a brand advocate for our clients, understanding their businesses
well enough to make key strategic recommendations that help steer their brand
● Organizing time in order to approach each client often
● Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their marketing
● Working with agency colleagues to devise strategic marketing campaigns that
meet the client's marketing needs and budget
● Pitching, alongside agency colleagues, recommended campaign ideas and
budgets to the client
● Coordinating with all necessary agency team members specializing in
strategy, media, creative and research, and assisting with the formulation of
