Interactive Account Manager
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, energetic, detail-oriented account manager with a passion for interactive. We are an established Boulder agency offering an integrated range of branding, design and interactive services. The job entails managing projects from inception through execution, including documentation; site maps, navigation,wireframes. 
We're looking for someone with great communication skills, strategic thinking, and an ability to build and develop client relationships. An unflappable commitment to client service and fiscal responsibility is required. Knowledge of online marketing/social media fundamentals a huge plus. Must have at least six years agency or equivalent client-side experience.

Required: 
• Bachelor or Master's degree in technology, design, business or related field 
• Experience with web best practices, strategic web development and developing and executing social media strategy
• Strong organizational, project and time management skills including ability to create, manage, and review project schedules 
Manage client communications and scope changes during project execution
Coordinate client/team meetings, including project kick-off and presentation meetings with the client 
• Effectively communicate with clients on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, performance reporting, competitive intelligence analysis and other follow-up items 
• Manage, collaborate with and effectively communicate with creative and interactive teams 
• Demonstrate strong business and customer service acumen 
• Manage multiple priorities and projects with minimal direction 
• Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills 
• Deliver clear, concise and accurate proposals, estimates, request for proposals, and budgets 
• Own project financial responsibilities, including but not limited to: keeping project within approved budget, ensuring timely and accurate client billing, identifying and capitalizing on revenue opportunities ensuring consistent growth of accounts
