Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of building and growing client partnership
- Top-notch communication skills
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategy
- Ability to manage the big picture and all the details
- Proven mastery over various internal processes (ability to start, drive, manage, and complete projects)
- Campaign development/production experience
- Curious, creative, reliable, and committed attitude
- A doer, day-to-day proactive project manager and problem solver
- Accountability for getting things done right
- Energetic and skilled at fostering teamwork among agency staff

3+ years, client-facing agency account management experience
Bachelor's degree
