Asp.net MVC or Webforms (prefer MVC)
Source Control (Git)
NoSql (RavenDB) (nice to have, at least some web db experience)
SignalR (nice to have, must learn)
HTTP and Rest based API's
Front end Web
Basic competency with HTML, CSS, and JS
Thirst for knowledge (ie. you wake up on Saturday morning and all you can think about is watching the Microsoft Build conference recordings)
Follows blogs / trends in web development (ie. you're more interested in checking your daily reader than cable news gossip)
Good written and verbal communicator (you can turn a white board into a work of art)
4 year Bachelor Degree (preferred, but not required)
2+ years professional experience (you’ve shipped product)
Full time salary of $48,000 to $55,000
Work under a highly experienced and weathered .NET mastermind (massive learning opportunity)
10 days paid vacation + paid office closure between Christmas & New Years Day + 6 holidays

Budget for at least 1 conference for professional development per year
Job / office is in Denver, CO
Typical hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Flex time work available most days + remote work as needed
