Founded in 2009 by Joe Romeo, TechMinds is a Denver-based IT consulting company which specializes in being the IT department for small and medium businesses which don’t have one. Our vision has been to use Google Apps, smartphones, tablets, and the power of the cloud to help SMBs go paperless, and dramatically improve their productivity.
Sales Leader Position:
Alongside Joe, the TechMinds Sales Leader is the face and voice of the company. Over the next two years, we’re poised to grow in a big way so the policies and strategies you develop now will evolve into a leadership role as we continue to hire. For the next six months, you’ll be developing sales strategies while being the initial point of contact for potential clients. The pay for this important position will be a competitive base + commission.
Sales Leader duties:
Clearly and passionately explaining the problems we are addressing.
Evangelizing TechMinds at any opportunity.
Sitting down with customers to gather feedback and share it with our technical team.
Designing our sales and marketing strategies for the future.
Generally creating exposure for TechMinds in the Denver Metro Area.
Not being satisfied with the status quo. We need a forward-thinking individual looking to take ownership of their role.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Previous B2B sales experience and some familiarity with Google Apps.
Must be comfortable with the entire sales process from qualifying leads to closing deals.
Outgoing, energetic personality.
Internet and new technology savvy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sense of ethics.
Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
