We’re looking for an Account Manager with 7+ years of Agency Experience to drive effective and outstanding work for our clients.

If you’ve figured out that what a client wants isn’t necessarily what they say they want, and can move ahead fearlessly. If you have a passion for creative, and consider it your primary objective to fight to get that creative produced. If you are a true account leader, and have initiative and willingness to assume greater responsibility. And can effortlessly do all the other important stuff like write great creative briefs, manage projects start to finish, keep track of the details, forecast, budget, estimate and bill then we really want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities
- First line of defense, glue, doer, master of process, leader.
- Build and maintain client trust and confidence through responsiveness, reliability and know-how.
- Make the work better by understanding the advertising industry, the client’s brand and the ever-changing environment.
- Express ideas and build relationships with creatives and other agency departments.
- Write clearly and concisely.
- Develop and execute strategic plans.
- Present thinking and work fearlessly and in a logical and persuasive manner.
- Manage all financial aspects of a client’s business
• plan, implement and manage annual budgets and monthly billing
• define scopes of projects and translate them into cost estimates
- Day-to-day management of projects and deadlines.
- Accountability for getting things done right.
- Work with a tireless, entrepreneurial spirit.
- Identify and participate in the development of new project/business opportunities with existing or prospective clients.
