Designer/Art Director
Contract to Hire - Full-time position

WHO WE ARE
We are Spin, a dynamic small agency composed of creative individuals with the energy to grow. We work hard, can play hard and we practice "Feats of Strength" daily (which includes, but is not limited to: yoga, pull-ups, handstands, kung fu and biking at random times of the day). It's important, along with your killer design skills and your vast critical thinking ability, to have a personality that shines and fits in.

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for bright individuals, creative and constantly on the go, creative in mind and soul. We would like to bring in a creative under contract, and if all is right in the universe, our relationship will quickly blossom into a full-time position.

Please have 3-4 years of experience minimum, with a strong portfolio to back your case. Experience in both small studios and corporate agency environments will be considered, as well as any areas of skills outside of print design. Branding, concepting, copywriting and working on interactive/web materials are also required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Think and create outside-the-lines. From brand identities, digital/social, tvc, radio to print campaigns, we do a bit of it all. While developing or maintaining our client's brands, the designer will be able to question decisions and proactively push everything creatively. Production work is expected, especially during busy periods. It is critical to maintain a cunning eye for detail and a designer's urge to keep it interesting.

Every agency expects the ability to turn around projects quickly and efficiently, and the willingness to put in those late nights when needed (beer, wine and gymnastics are an encouraged in these circumstances). We are no different, and this is not the case consistently. As our client's needs ebb and flow, as does our workflow.
