Social Voice/Community Manager
The Muir Glen Social Voice/Loyalty role is responsible for developing and executing the Social Voice of the brand and the Brand’s Advocacy Model.
- Develop Consumer Facing Copy
- Marketing materials
o Manage consistency of message across multiple networks
o Manage conversations and requests in a timely manner
o Brand liaison with legal for assuring compliance with all GMI Interactive Marketing Policies in matters relating to consumer messaging
o Identify and escalate appropriately to manager any potential PR issues
o Build an industry leading Ambassador program for Muir Glen
o Develop and execute Muir Glen blogger outreach programs
o Track and report on results
o Develop relationships on behalf of Muir Glen that accelerate brand awareness via earned media
o Ensure compliance with all GMI Interactive Marketing Policies in matters relating to Blogger relationships and communications
o Develop strategy for ongoing engagement with consumers through social media
o Assist Brand Marketing in the development of brand strategies
o Responsible for gaining alignment with marketing and Sales in regards to Trade Show messaging
o Create and execute monthly grid, including social media messaging recap, blogger communications, digital promotions, e-newsletters, etc.
o Managing brand communication projects through external agencies, Field Marketing, Digital, PR, etc.
o Remain current with competitive and industry Landscape & Trends and communicate key issues with manager and brand team.
o Facilitate brand team communication and awareness regarding social voice activities as well as key marketing initiatives.
o Proactively seek and evaluate new digital/network opportunities for the brand to participate in that are aligned with the brand pursuits.
o Have an advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite to create necessary brand collateral or social media projects.
