Account Executive
Since 1998, Pivot Communication has offered integrated marketing programs for clients in a mix of industries. Our goal is not to sell clients on what we do, but to hear what they need and construct a smart, cost-effective strategy for helping them achieve their goals. Our solutions likely include public relations, graphic design, web, social media and other integrated marketing services.
Pivot Communication is hiring. We need someone who can write, manage clients, and contribute to creative strategies.
Minimum expectations:
• 3-4 years of experience in advertising or PR agency
• Solid writer who understands AP style; can write bylined articles, crisp releases, backgrounders, white papers, etc.
• Understands the media and interacts with them comfortably
• Support client social media activities
• Can offer copywriting for literature, web, ads
• Can contribute to design team's concepts
• Organized, detail-oriented and thinks strategically
• Self-starter w/ a professional approach to work

Our agency is growing, and we seek someone who wants to contribute to that growth by helping to meet client expectations without much oversight. We expect you to contribute fresh ideas. We are not looking for someone to manage others; instead, we want someone who can be part of a team approach to meeting client needs. Once you learn our clients and systems, you will take lead on some clients and provide support on others.
