What you’ll be doing:
Create comps based on existing design direction
Contribute well-developed ideas during brainstorms and conceptual meetings
Contribute to business development efforts in the form of presentation deck graphics and visual assets
Work closely with the Creative Director and Art Director to design a plethora of creative assets including branding concepts, interactive apps, print collateral, presentations, and video storyboards.

Gain experience in initial concepting and brainstorming
Become skilled at creating original digital comps without established direction
Become indoctrinated into video visual effects, 3D or photography workflows and practices
Hone verbal communication skills as you move closer towards client interaction

Qualifications:
A stylish and updated portfolio of outstanding work, with 1-3 years working in multimedia or related-field experience that exemplifies a solid understanding of typography and layout.
A passion for design and out of the box ideation
Be multidimensional and love to learn. You’re not satisfied with “just” being a graphic designer. You geek out and dive into new subjects and activities inside and outside of work. You may not be a master in these areas, but you know enough to be dangerous. The world is your medium and the sky is your limit.
Can run with a concept. You don’t just take direction – you’re able to provide insights and new ideas and can communicate those ideas eloquently.
Understand what it takes to tell a succinct and compelling story and turn that into thoughtful design
An interest in marketing strategy and knowledge of the latest trends in interactivity and social media
Solid skills in Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator, utilizing “clean,” layered files
Familiarity with Microsoft PPT; presentation deck creation a plus
A developing sense of UI/UX
Excellent time management and communication skills
A high attention to detail for perfecting client-facing collateral and presentations
A collaborative work ethic and ability to take direction and constructive criticism
Able to work independently without needing to be micro-managed, but knowing when to seek assistance
