Web Developer
In this position, which reports directly to McREL’s Vice President of Communications and Marketing, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and implement strategy for a large-site (more than 10,000 pages) that’s one of the most visible in the education space—receiving more than 50,000 unique visitors each month. We’re looking for a candidate who’s a top-notch programmer and creative thinker, who’s willing to experiment with new technologies and approaches, and wants to help us grow our Web presence and online community as we expand into new regions and markets.

This position requires 4+ years experience in the creation and execution of interactive web sites, with strong communication and inherent managerial skills. It's imperative that the successful candidate be able to comfortably meet with internal and external clients to discuss project initiatives. Flexibility and timeliness in addressing priorities, as well as the ability to multi-task, are essential for success in this role.
