About the position
The Office Coordinator/HR Assistant will report to the Sr VP of Operations will be responsible for coordinating general office duties, Human Resources elements and support to the Sr. VP of Operations. NOTE THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION WITH THE POTENTIAL OF A FULL-TIME.

• HR
o Assist with Recruitment
o Assist with Review schedule + process + tracking
o Onboarding Materials
o Coordinating/support with staff allocation reporting

• Office Manager
o Manage corporate communication materials
o Oversee office needs + vendors (Fed-Ex, supplies, vendors, equipment, build-outs, national vendors)
o Oversee interns + front desk responsibilities
• Administrative
o Assist SVP with any support needs and special projects

• Solid and proven office and HR skills
• Creative, self-motivated and capable of assessing needs then acting accordingly, with minimal direction
• Detail oriented with impeccable follow-through
• Able to prioritize multiple demands and change direction accordingly
• Solid computer skills, including typing, data entry and use of MS Office applications

• 4–7 years of experience in an office admin role
• 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources environment
• Demonstrated success in creative problem solutions
• 1-2 years experience in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Well-rounded marketing agency experience a plus
