New Business Director
Match Action is hiring a New Business Director. Director will be responsible for business development optimization, prospecting and RFP management for lifestyle and entertainment clients for our high-pace experiential marketing agency. Director will work closely with senior management in addition to the other new business team members.

New Business Director will:
• Optimize Action’s overarching business development process
• Ongoing growth of revenue via sales of match action services to new clients
• Create, implement and own sales pipeline to manage client lead intake, outbound activity, and prioritization
• Evaluate existing client referral base to identify opportunities for organic growth and service expansion
• Identify new (and existing) leads in non-competitive client categories
• Continuously develop an extensive set of relationships with prospects
• Evaluate RFP opportunities
• Manage RFP process including concepting, deck writing, budgeting and presentations
• Spearhead PR opportunities

Requirements:
• Proven track record of new business development
• Creative/strategic thinking skills
• Play a strategic role with clients once a project has been awarded
• Excellent writing skills
• Outstanding people and presentation skills
• Able to travel frequently
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience
• Must be willing to relocated to Boulder, Colorado

Experience
• 8 – 10 years experience with consumer marketing (direct experiential background is mandatory)
• 6 -8 years of agency experience in new business development
