Karsh Hagan has openings for senior project managers who will lead the creation and development of websites and other interactive projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include:

Create and maintain project plans, timelines and budget within planning software.
Drive core teams to schedules and budgets ensuring timely delivery of quality project.
Communicate project plans and technical solutions to agency clients.
Assess projects and recommend appropriate development processes.
Develop requirements for interactive projects and maintain them throughout project evolution.
Prepare content document framework for content writers.
Identify and work with 3rd party vendors to complete project needs.
Ensure technical quality of projects by reviewing logic of applications
Execute quality assurance on interactive projects.
Find and present innovative ideas to improve the quality of interactive projects.

Qualifications
• College degree required
• 5+ years experience managing interactive projects
• PM certification a plus
• Demonstrated experience with scheduling software
• Experience with agile process and planning software is preferred
• Experience with video production a plus
• Advertising agency experience a plus
• Show excellent written and verbal communications
• Ability to lead efficient team meetings
