Job Description:

We are looking for the master of interactive development
Someone who lives innovation and can apply it to interactive marketing
This person loves to solve complex problems with technology and bring it to live in a new creative ways
Involved in large scale sites, web applications and oversees the architecture of these solutions
Lives and breathes technology innovation and code
Self starter, likes to work in an entrepreneurial setting
Chance to shape and build out an interactive team

Responsibilities:

Lead technical architecture on project
Hands on development on projects
Mentor junior developers
Set the technology strategy for clients and projects
Will build out the development staff
Push innovation in new technologies
Collaborate with creative team to push creative and user experience boundaries and achieve marketing objectives
Manage the technical quality of online vendors
Select online vendors and partners
Involved in estimating and planning projects, delivering on time, budget and quality

Skills/Experience:

Experience in a fast paced digital agency environment
Working in an agile management model a must
PHP, ROR
HTML, CSS, Javascript, Flash
MYSQL, Web services, XML, JSON
Building content management systems and rich dynamic web applications
Solid understanding of data architecture and how to implement it
5 yrs+ development experience
Bachelors degree in computer science or related field preferred
