The Integer Group is seeking a highly motivated self-starter Lead Digital Production Artist in our Denver facility to lead and develop our digital production team. The right candidate is driven to learn new technologies and share that knowledge with others. They will also have strong leadership qualities, excellent problem solving skills, is interpersonal, and a quick learner.

Responsibilities:

The Lead Digital Production Artist will work in conjunction with Developers and Art Directors to produce collateral for marketing initiatives across the vast digital landscape. They will have a broad and proven expertise across multiple digital specialties (i.e. UX, UI, content, social, mobile, e-comm, promotions). They will also be responsible for staying abreast of current and future technologies.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring the quality and accuracy of files prepared in multiple formats for web, mobile, print, and video; assure adherence to agency best practices and industry standards for digital production.

Qualifications:

-4 to 6 years of Web/Mobile production design experience, preferably in a large-scale, fast-paced agency.
-Must be fluent with Adobe Creative Suite software including: Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, Flash and Acrobat.
-Strong production skills including web graphics optimization, style sheets and HTML.
-A master of Photoshop etiquette; comfortable building, organizing, and revising complex, layered Photoshop files.
-Strong design sense with the ability to follow established creative styles; detail-oriented, methodical work style with strong communication skills.
-Background in print; must have a strong understanding of the print production process.
-An understanding of design patterns and how design decisions have an impact on the implementation in HTML, CSS & JavaScript using web standards.
-Understanding of motion design and the strengths and limitations of Flash, Ajax, Flex, HTML 5 and other emerging platforms. 

-Solid understanding of web development processes including: informational architecture, usability/user experience testing & quality assurance.
