Grit is a small, vibrant, growing, fast-paced, creatively-focused full service advertising and design agency with a variety of clients willing to push boundaries and do fantastic things.

We are looking for an Account Director. The Account Director is responsible for the leadership and coordination of all assigned clients and projects from onboarding new accounts to completion of each deliverable. The Account Director is the lead role in driving work through the company. The Account Director must also be extremely detailed, organized and communicate efficiently among all parties including contractors/freelancers, vendors, clients, creative staff and other team members. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring client relationships are healthy and growing, the work product is on strategy and meets client expectations, and projects get completed on time and within budget. This is senior level position. Responsibilities include:

Day-to-day client relations
A clear understanding of the clients' business and needs
Strategy and marketing recommendations, plans and presentations
Creating briefs, schedules and timelines for each project
Creating estimates and invoices for each project
Scheduling and leading client meetings
Writing status reports
Taking meeting notes sending follow up / next steps reports
Tracking hours per project
Trafficking jobs through departments (accounts, creative, production. both internally and externally)

Required skills:
Minimum 3 years experience in an advertising agency environment
Strong ability to drive work through the agency, take initiative and "own" your projects
Strong ability to resourcefully problem solve ("We will figure this out" instead of "I don't know how to do this")
Strong ability to manage time, set priorities, balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Exceptional organizational, written and communications skills
Experience managing budgets both small and large
Calm, cool and collected attitude in high-stress situations
Experience with print, packaging, broadcast, digital, social and CRM campaigns
Proficient in Keynote or Powerpoint, Word and Excel
Research and analytics skills
