We are looking to hire a senior account manager who will work with some of our largest clients to bring them success in their social media and digital marketing. While previous financial services industry experience is beneficial, an experienced digital marketing professional with a proactive, strategic and solutions-focused approach will be the most successful in this role.


- Lead strategic marketing conversations with executive-level clients
- Track client success and use data gathered to drive future strategy and tactics
- Create digital marketing strategies and campaigns that meet the client's marketing needs and budget
- Coordinate with team members and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered to client expectations
- Manage social advertising campaigns
- Assist in defining new products and services
- Manage clients’ day-to-day social media strategies
- Interpret & present digital marketing data
- Create clients’ content calendars
- Write content for sharing across digital platforms

Experience and skills:

- Track record of consistently producing high caliber work
- Prior project management experience with ability to track and report project status on a regular basis
- Ability to prioritize in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Strong research skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Passion for digital marketing and learning new areas of the industry
- Takes pride in all aspects of work
- Prior corporate or agency experience in a digital marketing role
- Client interfacing experience
- Ability to effectively present information in one on one and group situations with client
- Experience facilitating effective workflow between client and account team
