The Interactive Designer brings his or her considerable design skills to a wide range of online projects across clients, from websites to online applications, as well as social media customization and Flash banners. Should have a strong design eye in general and a familiarity with designing user interfaces and experiences. Flash AS2/AS3 programming and animation skills a requirement, as is a commitment to experimentation with emerging technologies and media. Will work primarily in small teams and be responsible for producing high quality work with a good dose of creative freedom.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, curious, engaged and organized. A preternatural talent for finding hilarious things online and/or riding a bicycle way too much will also be taken into consideration.

• Excellent problem solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, web design, development, or related field

• Proficiency with design related programs (Adobe CS), with specific focus on Flash, AS2/3, HTML, JS, PHP, CSS, etc. strongly desired.

• 2+ years of agency or studio experience

• Strong organizational, proofreading, and communication skills
