Description:

Reporting directly to the Executive Creative Director, the UX Designer is responsible for developing the user interfaces designed by the Creative Director and team. This is a collaborative position that requires deep design and development experience. Facilitates requirement discussions between creative team and the development team. Key participant in the overall UX creative process.

- Drive the process for the UI/UX of the service
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to create detailed prototypes of UI features
- Suggest best-of-breed processes and technologies to enhance the UX with respect to performance, client brand and product management.
- Passion for usability and accessibility
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to address problems with innovative solutions
- Understanding and ability to execute responsive design UIs
- Understands and applies user-centered design skills, disciplines, and principles
- Rapidly iterate and develop solutions, with or without visual aids
- Inform the creative and art direction
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting programming related issues
- Creation and management of required art assets (icons etc.)

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in advanced UI development and design
- Strong understanding of UI technologies
- Ability to provide a link to portfolio upon application
- Good knowledge of lean/agile product development
- Strong skills of strategic creative thinking in UI design and development
