Sr. Creative Lead

We are looking for a highly proficient Creative Director to join our consulting agency located in the Denver Tech Center. While our company has an established seven-year foundation of operations, we still maintain a smaller size and a start-up feel. We are a current strategic partner with the Microsoft Surface Team, and are always on the lookout for emerging interactive multi-touch solutions. We view touch-computing as just one aspect of customer interaction; we also incorporate the latest Web and mobile solutions to create wholly new and unexpected experiences.

Through a unique combination of new domain technology development expertise, analytics, and immersion research, we work with major brands to identify areas of improvement that impact the overall customer experience. While you should bring a strong background in interactive design work, we also encourage and support continued learning and training. We are in the process of growing our product innovation team to further address customer needs as we bring key patent-pending solutions to market. This creative position will play a pivotal role within this group.

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of this position will be to establish the creative direction for projects, services and programs for our Clients, and build and develop a creative team.

Skills & Experience:
•Undergraduate degree in Fine Arts or related field or equivalent visual design and management experience required; graduate degree preferred
•At least six years management experience working with e-marketing and online advertising
•Must possess a thorough understanding of interactive communications and delivery systems, processes, and user interface design as well as industry best practices
•Experience with layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of the web; must understand Adobe CS4 Master Suite and Microsoft Expression Blend, and have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and develop innovative motion graphics solutions using Adobe After Effects, Premiere and Soundbooth.
•A strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development, interactive commerce and creative process
•Ability to lead projects from concept to completion; apply best practices in user interface and interactive design, including image optimization
•Experience with Adobe CS4 Master Software Suite as well as Microsoft Expression Suite
•Ability to make evaluative judgments
•Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
•Ability to build, lead and manage a creative team
•Comfortable working in fast paced agile/scrum development flow.
•Experience with 3d and/or motion graphic production a huge plus.
