Craftsy is looking for a Marketing Associate, Email to join our team. Our Marketing Associate will delve into the details of our email campaigns from planning and scheduling, to coordinating across various Craftsy teams, to flawless delivery of messages. This roles requires a commitment to accuracy and results--campaigns must be designed and tailored to our unique audiences in order to generate engagement and tangible outcomes that support Craftsy's objectives. The Marketing Associate will be part of the larger Marketing team and should be interested in a fast paced, deadline and metric driven environment, while also contributing to our collaborative, creative and passionate culture.

As our Marketing Associate, Email, you will:

-Take the lead on a high volume of email campaigns targeting new and existing customers
-Coordinate the cadence and schedules for campaigns working with both internal and external partners to prioritize, structure and deliver relevant messages to various audiences
-Plan strategic promotional campaigns to test, adapt and validate engagement and conversions across various customer segments
-Understand broader marketing and company objectives to ensure that campaigns integrate with and reinforce our strategy and goals
-Partner with our Production team to align campaigns with class schedules generating maximum impact and return
-Plan, schedule and deploy emails through our email marketing platform; manage training schedule with ESP to stay consistent with best practices
-QA email creative to ensure error-free deployment
-Develop, manage, and measure A/B tests to find the optimal experience for members throughout their purchase lifecycle
-Leverage SQL database and analysis to answer strategic questions about who our different member segments are and what they are looking for

Your background and experience should include, but is not necessarily limited to the following:

-2-3 years experience and success in email marketing experience in a similar, fast-paced, high volume environment
-Ability to take direction and effectively execute against multiple simultaneous activities to achieve desired outcomes
-Demonstrated success in a process and detail oriented environment where there was an emphasis on action, accuracy and results
-Strong financial/analytical skills including experience in A/B and multivariate testing
-Ability to manage several relationships for multiple campaigns within one workflow
-Strong planning, judgment and decision-making skills
-Excellent project management and communication skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
-Experience with Responsys (or similar ESP) to set up and manage automated, segmented email campaigns with dynamic content
-Expertise in SQL, HTML, CSS and Excel
