The Climate Reality Project, a nonprofit organization founded by former Vice President Al Gore, is offering a full-time position for a Project Manager. This position will play an integral role in a fast-paced organization that uses cutting-edge advertising and communications strategies to demonstrate the urgency and solvability of the climate crisis.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing, concepting, development and production scheduling, concept implementation, and budget management for third party agencies and freelancers. This position focuses on strategic planning and execution of creative campaigns. The candidate would be required to coordinate campaigns between the digital, communications, partnerships and creative departments within the organization.

•Build schedules from brief development to live date.
•Coordinate production timeline with Integrated Producer.
•Manage the development and production of creative materials.
•Manage budgets, estimates and invoicing for third party agencies and freelancers.
•Manage the Creative team’s workload and aid in leading and prioritizing for the team.
•Assist the Creative Director with team assignments and help determine when freelance support is needed. If required, recruit and manage appropriate staffing resources.
•Coordinate communication between digital, communications, partnerships and creative departments.
•Manage weekly status document.
•Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to necessary team members.
•Build strong relationships within the team as a leader, demonstrate respect and enthusiasm, and contribute to team initiatives.
•Identify problems and find solutions.
•Undertake administrative tasks such as next steps, meeting notes, arranging and attending meetings for Creative related initiatives, etc.

•Degree in related field and 3+ years related Advertising/Production Management experience.
•Project Management experience, preferably in advertising and/or marketing.
•Understanding of creative development process, graphic design and fully integrated advertising/marketing campaign management.
•Excellent communication and organization skills.
•Attention to detail is a must.
•Ability to work under short deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
