We are seeking an individual for an immediate opening with a proven track record for building and maintaining strong client relationships. Account Managers for Clay Pot Creative oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts by developing great relationships and delivering incredible work. Account Managers are the key liaisons between the agency and the client to coordinate marketing and technology efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the client relationship by providing day-to-day account support and coordination of agency efforts. This includes but is not limited to:

All communication with the client and prompt response to his needs and project requests
Acting as the client's strategic marketing partner and contributing to his success
Delivering the highest quality of work without any mistakes, on time, on target, and on budget
Anticipating client needs
Nurturing the client relationship
Working with team to prepare and present cost estimates/bids
Managing project coordination, workflow, and budget oversight
Creating and monitoring project timelines based on staff availability and client needs
Completing creative and technical briefs with clients for each new project
Being responsible for providing all project details and anything requested from client before the projects commences
Initiating new projects in project management toolsets and creating all tasks
Documenting updated project details, client feedback, account activity/status, etc.
Creating change orders (with cost estimates) when necessary
Ensuring quality control for every project by proofing, keeping on strategy and following brand rules
Presenting ideas, concepts, drafts, and finals to clients for approval
Communicating the client's feedback to the internal team and discussing next steps
Seeking opportunities for client upselling
Seeking new client business development
Professionally and effectively "pitching" to potential clients

Hard working, yet ready to take part in general office shenanigans at a moment's notice
At least 3 years experience in a professional Client Services role
At least 3 years experience working in an Agency
